EBSCO’s Novelist database, which features both full texts of books, and analyses of them, frequently offers webinars on making use of this service. This is a great resource for librarians and educators to know, and EBSCO offers many webinars every day, along with tutorials whenever you would like. You can access these materials here.
Mango Premiere, Mango’s film-based learning project, released 9 new films for a new total of 16 available. Learners can now practice Mandarin Chinese, German, Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish, and English for Spanish speakers. This is the biggest expansion of Premiere to date, and it will only continue to grow!
‘Copro Celeste’ is one of the new films from Mango Premiere, geared towards learners of Italian.
Mango Languages introduced a new course designed specifically for librarians to help their Spanish speaking patrons. This is a free service (like all Mango courses through AskRI) – however, this feature is available even in areas without access to the rest of the Mango suite.
