Accessing Resources

If you are in a public, academic, or school library, you should have direct access to all resources. Note that you may need to set up an account for some resources (including Gale Udemy, LearningExpress, Mango Languages, and Tutor.com) to track your progress and to access features remotely.

If you or a patron is experiencing issues accessing a resource, fill out the form below. Select “I’m having trouble accessing a database” and provide details like what database, what kind of environment you or your patron is using (if they’re at home, at the library, or elsewhere; if they’re on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device; what browser they’re using; what kind of network is being used, such as WiFi – the more information the better).
